The food was not very good. I ordered mashed potatoes. They came out clumpy, cold, and old. I returned them and received back fluffy, fresh, and hot. They chicken was over-cooked and dry. My wife got a chicken feast with chicken, potatoes, carrots and some other things wrapped in tin foil. First, they brought beef. Then they brought chicken and the potatoes were cooked. I've never experienced this at cracker barrel. I'll try again but I hope quality policies...
From the shop to the restaurant the staff were very welcoming. They have a great range of food & drink. My only issue was I couldn't buy bottled water at the table. I would have to go back to the shop, but a very minor issue. The food had great flavours & the mac & cheese was stunning. The decor in the restaurant was very good for feel & on the eye. The shop is full of really nice items & my wife wanted most of it 💙

Would give food more but catfish was no flavor at all and rice that was served was so hard it hurt when bit. Staff was great though exchange my food. And we're on top of drinks. Other people's food was great.
