Their food is consistent like franchise food should be. However their wait times have been over 30 minutes in my last three visits. I was one of three customers my last visit that stood in the lobby waiting to get our order taken for over 15 minutes and then after our order was placed our food did not come out for another 30 to 40 minutes.

They have good food. With the service, it seemed like the server really didn't want to be there and it showed well. The prices a re a bit higher then I like. I will not be going there too often.

This store's customer service has improved so much over the past five months. I'm not sure what the drive-through lady's name is, but she's been pleasant every single time - a huge change from the rude service I experienced months ago. You've gone from a 2-star experience to a solid 5 in my book. Thank you for making such a noticeable improvement.
