This place is usually dirty tables felt sticky. Service. We'll they forgot and get things wrong all the time. They do laugh and have fun doing so. Which isn't wrong but do your job first.
I love El Pollo Loco. I'm a long time fan. For fast food, this is the way to go. Hot, flavorful chicken in tacos with sides of your choosing. This was our first time at this location as we were travelling. The service was quick and courteous. The interior was clean.
Lady working front counter at 9:30pm was very friendly and helped us determine safe-to-eat foods for celiacs. Guided us through potentially unsafe menu options and verified with line to ensure no cross contamination.
