Food was great just like always, but the service… no one checks on you after the food is dropped off and you have to get someone’s attention to get refills or for Togo boxes, even to get the bill… service could be a lot better. I get it when it’s busy, but when it’s not, there shouldn’t be any reason to be doing this. And yes I’ve been here more than once.
First time customers. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy...it was absolutely the best cfs I've had. Hubby got the chopped steak and opted fir French fries..he totally enjoyed his choice as well. Our server was so nice..food came out hot and plentiful. We shop in Kingman and / or Vegas as we live in between both cities. Restaurant choices are limited in Kingman ..ww just happen to pass by Grandpa's..parking lot was crowded and we thought...
Food: the burrito was tasty, but it was a little on the oily side for my preference. We got the taco meat one. The other options were sausage, bacon, and chorizo.
