Stopped in for a meal enroute to Reno. I was placing an order from the manager who was working the cashier. A disgruntled customer approached to complain about his order. He was very rude and demanding, insulting every worker within earshot. She handled the situation calmly and reasonable. Its hard enough for me to wear a mask when entering stores. I can not imagine the workers who wear them all through their shift, making it hard to hear customers who are wearing them clearly....read full review
Pick up the pace a bit! 20 minutes to get cold food is unacceptable.
We haven't gone to Popeye's for two years because that order was overcooked, dried out garbage. So we decided to try it out again on 4/11/2018. What a mistake. that same thing, overcooked, dried out. The chicken was dry and the tenders cooked about 20 minutes too long. Just dried out and hard as a rock.
I contacted Popeye's (can only by email) and as usual they don't give a crap because they already have my money. Please teach the people at your Kingman az (#4809) location...read full review
