I always thought they had decent chicken but most of the time I come here I end up regretting that decision.
Last time I went, the two employees looked rather unmotivated and appeared to be arguing. A line was forming as the lady taking orders said she would be right back. She disappeared for over 5 minutes and so I just gave up and left.
I will not be coming back to make that mistake again.

Employees don’t care about how they serve your food got my sack and my fries were not in there little bag they look as if they just put a scoop of fries on top of my other food. Not friendly at all. I will not stop here again

Ordered my food. Took 30 minutes for 2 2 piece combo. Not busy at all. Other customers came in, NOBODY HELPED THEM. workers just walked around with foot up their asses. Not saying ANYTHING to them. Not even, we'll be right with you. Very rude employees there. On top of that, I ordered spicy chicken, NOT SPICY at all. That place doesn't care about their customers. Honestly, hire me for cashier for $20.00 and part time and I will make sure customers get help!!! I know they won't, but geez, employees need to take care of their customers. It's the customers that keep that place going!!! Food there is fine. But employees need to go!!! Hire people that WILL ACTUALLY WORK!!!

Awesome chicken, placed order( 2- 2 PC combos), next guy wanted 20 PC and told him it would be another 16 min, well he got his but no spicy chicken for my order, but if I wait 16 min...lmao Manager couldn't get my order correct, or my name, that I had repeated 3 times, chicken is awesome, manager is questionable Returned 4/5/2025... awesome crew!!!
First went for the shrimp tackle box and they didn't have shrimp at 11:30 am what a disappointed they ran out or she just didn't know , people behind me left we got chicken and the fish sandwich they weren't good sorry I'll won't go.back,also they need to.clean there tables.off

This review is based soley on food quality. The service was slow, cashier asking me to wait 10 minutes before making an order. It was somewhat busy with phoned in orders and the staff seemed frazzled. I've worked in the industry and get it, understandable. Now, the food: ordered the 8 piece spicy chicken meal with two apple pies... Perfect execution! Chicken was hot, tender, juicy, very flavorful and crispy, crunchy coating. Mashed potatoes/gravy were great, biscuits amazing. Apple pies delectable. Worth the stop. Patience pays off. I love that chicken at Popeye's! Thanks to whoever does the cooking, nailed it.

Apparently the meth problem has found its way into Popeyes..... Ordered ahead online.... Came in after 15 minutes and my order halt even been started. Almost 45 minutes and he tried to send me out with half of the order still being cooked.... WTH....
