They were disorganized, did not communicate well with each other, and looked short staffed but they were still kind. It took almost 30 minutes for my online order. It was 15 minutes into my order when I was told they were out of Mac and cheese. I decided to wait and asked them to remake the chicken sandwiches. Everything else in the order was correct.

Are you trying to go out of business? Last week, we came in to get a chicken sandwich. No bread. No bread? Someone couldn’t run to the store to buy buns for the sandwich? Ha! Today, we stopped in. Cash only. Machines broke down. Honestly, I don’t know how you can possibly remain in business with these poor practices. It’s not bad enough you are in the worst possible location and the only folks who eat there are truck drivers. Get it together.

Came in to order and they were out of the following:1. Fries2. Red Beans and Rice3. Cole Slaw4. IceAnd we had to wait an extra 25 mins for our chicken because it wasn't ready. Staff was doing all the could, but they don't get another delivery till Tuesday....yikes! ? Seems like ownership might want to think about better equipping their employees for success. Or go to the grocery store and buy replacement sides till the shipment arrives.

There are only 3 employees working currently with 1 manager trying to help them. They are backed up on orders and not being very friendly with customers. They need more people working back there. My order was made a half hour ago and they are still giving orders to people sitting inside waiting.

Five times wife and I stopped here in Kingman, Az. Off of I40 Hwy..cuz we live here. Got one good sandwhich. First one, second one ran out of chicken. The last 3 cold. Very disturbing. Cashier didn’t care like she hated her job. Asked for cheese on sandwhich. So cold cheese was still solid cheese.. didn’t even melt. I’m done with this place. Never again will I go to Popeyes. Sad!!
Came to this location to grab lunch on our drive to Oatman. We were told that they were out of chicken, biscuits, fountain soda and fries. They did have wings. Tried to order 5 serves but were told they only had 3. The remaining people in the car went to Wendy’s instead.
