“The morning shift is guaranteed always incredible !! Customer service, food, quality is always 10/10. Saffron is 100% always the highlight of my day when I get my lunch here!! She’s a wonderful person and an even better Taco Bell ambassador. However, I haven’t had positive experiences with night shift. My order is almost always wrong. I don’t think I’ve had a single order with everything I’ve payed for. Not to mention the drinks are never filled up all the way. It sounds a little silly but when you’re paying $5 or more for a drink you don’t want it half empty. Workers on duty aren’t the most customer-service friendly. The cheese in my burritos and quesadillas is usually cold (I know right, first world problems… lol). In fact, all the food is cold and tastes old unfortunately. It’s not a big deal but I’ve stopped getting Taco Bell cravings at night. Go in the morning is my recommendation!!“
“Taco Bell food quality has dropped while prices continue to increase. Covid lockdowns started much of this. But at least it's still possible at TB to walk up to a person and place an order (vs. McDonalds). They deserve some love just for that.“
