Great pizza with flaky crust and juicy IPA was legit. Unfortunately we sat at a table and the entire restaurant had only one waiter, no bussers or host staff. The waiter was awesome and basically fending for himself in what seemed to us as an unmanaged brewery with a kickass kitchen. I counted three people behind the bar with a only a few people at the bartop. And one bartender was basically on there phone oblivious to the ringing brewery phone and people waiting to be seated.
Wait staff was TREMENDOUS. We appreciated the extra mile they went to make our family feel comfortable. Blowing up the target so the kids could get some energy out, outside and we're very personable and friendly. It made me sad that they were so understaffed in the kitchen that we were getting our food at different times and you could tell the staff was starting to get stressed as the restaurant started to fill up for dinner. I discovered it at the last minute before closing time and had a prickly pear beer for the first time in my life and I really loved the taste! 🍻The handmade bar stools and pool table had a historical vibe and it was incredible. Thanks for a great experience.
