Our ladies group went there for lunch today and had a fantastic time. Charles showed us around and told a lot of interesting and fun stories. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will be back!
A great local place has been resurrected to even more greatness! it's our near home away from home.... we don't have to drive 45 minutes just to have a beer and relax now!

Based on the reviews, Kirkland’s Saloon & Steakhouse is a historical landmark with a welcoming atmosphere. The owners, Candy and Charles Tramont, have brought the place back to life while retaining all the historic charm. Every person that works there is happy, friendly, and a complete blast to be around, treating guests like family the moment they step in the door. The food is great, with specific meals like the French dip sandwich with a side of cucumber salad and the Pulled pork sandwich and chips being described as very good. There is a live band on Fridays and Saturdays, karaoke, roping events, a beautiful outside seating area, and a cute little country store. Guests can ask Charles for a tour of the brothel, the grounds, and the cool Wells Fargo Safe room turned into a private dining area for two. The location is also noted for paranormal activity, with a guest reporting seeing a spirit in 1800s getup. The vibe is lovely, and the energy from the 1800s is described as not feeling negative at all. This place is a gem of the old west worth the drive.
