I went into your restaurant tonight. We have been coming with our family and friends for over 30 years. The older blond lady in the elf costume tonight offered very poor costumer service. We were with my elderly mom and an infant. She treated us horrible. They also had small stuffed animals out in a big bin and I asked to buy one. She said Santa would be giving them out and I asked if it was ok to give to my grandson. I was told it was ok. The same lady came to our lady and embarrassed...read full review
