I met Tawnya as she created a space in Havasu for a great cardio workout… “Bounce”. Tawnya became my mentor as she worked with me to create a personalized nutrition plan for leaning out and building muscle mass. My life has changed for the better as I have so much more energy, feel Amazing and refer many friends & family to Charged-Up for their personalized nutrition plan. Thank You Tawnya ? ? ?

I love this place! It is such a vibe and the people are sooo kind and welcoming! You don’t feel overwhelmed here at all. Best protein shakes and waffles so many option on drinks. You can also come and get a workout here too! And they have a community that come together to do 21 day transformations. I’ve been coming here for about a year and have always felt so welcome.

I have been coming here since they open but I finally took the plunge and joined their 21 day challenge. I am about halfway through and my entire life has been changed. I am losing weight but most importantly the healthy way. I have found a new sense of community and support you would never expect. It is amazing and the drinks are the absolute best in town. I have given up energy drinks and now just have their B 12 drinks. I feel better, I look better and I found my people

The food and drinks are the bomb, 10/10 recommend. The workouts are the best!!
