Customers are essential to every business, big or small. With that being said, I always come to this place, when I visit my loved ones in Havasu, for the warm smiles, friendly staff and great coffee.
Today was not a good experience. I stopped by around 1200 to order four drinks and there were only 2 cars. I was greeted by an older man with little to no emotions, who told me I was going to be serve by one of the other servers. The other server was equally as unfriendly and enthusiastic.
I ordered four drinks with light ice, yet all my drinks were full of ice…😒. On top of that, it took them over 15 minutes to make the drinks, with only two customers. I was reconsidering going to Starbucks instead.
Maybe it was an off day, which I understand, I’ll see how it is when I come back next time.

Our morning coffee trips consist of which coffee shop to choose from. HB, SBux or Colombian Joes. Decided on making the trip from the Northside to CJ’s. The barista with braids, and I’m getting specific because the other barista was nice, was incredibly blatant about how much she hated making our drinks and hated being there. I very rarely leave reviews, however this barista left such a horrible impression, I felt I needed to convey how incredibly disappointed I was.
