I have eaten at several Mexican restaurants in town. They all have their own flair and authenticity. El Mariachi is my favorite. The chili verde is outstanding. Tender, mildly spicy and delicious, the best dinner on the menu. The chimichangas are flipping amazing with the off menu hot salsa. If you like spicy, I highly recommend it, it has a lot of bite but you have to ask for it upon arrival of chips and salsa. The service is excellent, they stop by and make sure you have everything...

I recently tried the chilaquiles at el mariachi and they were good. The tortilla chip weren’t drenched in the sauce, which helped the tortilla chips maintain their crunchy texture. The sauce was delightful along with the beans and rice. I would definitely recommend them. Service was good, considering we had a party of 18. The restaurant itself needs remodeling in my opinion. Overall, not a bad spot to eat.

Fantastic Cadillac margarita! It was our first time there, and it won't be the last. Happy Hour prices were very reasonable. The food was really great too!

Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive, had a friendly smile, and an easy manner.

The restaurant is small, but not cramped. We went on a Tuesday evening, during Happy Hour.

We enjoyed our time there and will be back.
