Staff was obviously bored and not welcoming. Food is excellent! Order ready pretty quickly. The salsas are good but could be more spicy. They are eternally out of green salsa in the condiment bar if you walk in. Tons of parking. Low clearance so know your vehicle height.Parking: At least three RV spaces and tons of other parking.

My mom stays 45 min outside of Havasu and would love to have some el Pollo loco. She's disabled and doesn't leave the house much. I drove my dad to an appointment in Havasu recently and thought I'd pick up a big family meal deal on the way home to surprise her. They have no legs or breasts..That's exactly how it was repeated to me about 4 different times.My mother does not like dark meat.What kind of chicken place has no legs or breasts .Insanity.Sorry Mom! To the owner: it wasn't a bad experience It just didn't taste like I remembered it, it's been years since I've gone there. Not your fault. things change and flavor of profiles of spices have changed significantly It's probably not your fault. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice.

Came here alot when working out I Lake Havusu rebuilding there main street/Hwy 93. Was night work so was my go to for Dinner. Was really happy with my food from here. Seemed to be just made and was exactly what I ordered even with bigger orders. Also they don't skimp out on the
Who is running the show here ? They need to be fired . The employees are lazy. The chairs and tables are filthy . I mean absolutely disgusting. I used to work at Taco Bell as a shift leader and I know fast food can get busy and messy but my god these chairs and tables have grime and foosty messes all over it from ages ago just caked on. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like up close. This should be embarrassing for whoever is in charge of this establishment. Clean house literally. Fire the useless lazy employees on their phones and hire some worth a damn to clean this place . I’m calling the health inspector because it was that gross .
