The place was not busy at all, staff was very nice and calm, clean in the back kitchen area, bathroom 🚽 toilet in men’s broke (and dirty) the seating was nice and bright , coke machine broken ,overall staff and food good - corporate needs to hook this spot up 🤠

What can I say? I love El Pollo loco! The food is great and reasonably healthy, the employees they have are top notch, always polite and punctual with the food. It's a great little place to have some lunch or dinner.

The food is nice for only when you actually get your food. Always get the breast and wing 2pc combo with Mac n cheese, only about once out of 5 times I’ve actually gotten my Mac n cheese due to being out for it, separate occasions with long time distances, had to settle for another side instead. Also the lobby is closed an hour before closing fyi.
