Beware on year 21st birthday in Arizona trying to celebrate. So many bar staff do not understand that the law changed and it does not matter the orientation of your ID or your license. Obviously it shows your birthday and they can know if you are 21 or not and cannot refuse you based on the orientation of your license or ID but too many of them are ignorant of this fact. Good luck. Also remember in Arizona date rape drugs are prolific at resort areas. Be proactive for your safety. Don't go anywhere with strangers and don't get drunk in public.

We came here during the off season when kids are back in school. It was the middle of the day after paddle boarding and we needed a beverage. It was hot so we went down to the pool too. There was hardly anyone there just a few people. The pool was cool and clean and our drinks refreshing. I can’t comment how it is during “party” hours or during the busy season but if you want to avoid all that go during this time.

I recently went here with friends, I’m a AZ resident that turned 21 this year with a valid drivers license, and they wouldn’t serve me because the orientation of my picture. It was a simple Google search to verify I was legally allowed to be served, and I even tried to speak to the manager on shift.

I recently visited this establishment with a group of friends, and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. On Saturday, my buddy was kicked out due to having an "insufficient ID," despite it being a real government-issued ID from the state of Utah. They wouldn't even let him sit by the pool.
The place was incredibly dirty and disorganized, with a noticeable lack of professionalism. The employees made misogynistic comments towards the women around, which was completely unacceptable. Security was a massive issue, with children unsupervised in restricted areas with alcohol.
Additionally, the place was extremely expensive for the poor quality of service provided. The customer service was abysmal, with staff being incredibly rude. The manager was particularly unprofessional and dismissive of our concerns.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and find somewhere else to enjoy your day.

Love coming here with friends or family. Staff is friendly and attentive. The pool is great and I love that it's family friendly during the day. Bingo on Wednesday nights is a family favorite!

Rude service, condescending tones from bartender and ID guy was aggressive and not polite when asking for IDs. You can ask nicely. Felt like a judgmental high school atmosphere. Plenty of better spots around, don’t waste your time.
