Local Grind Havasu

I do not recommend for many reasons.Smells like grease when you walk in. Staff doesn't greet you in any way except when they take your order "what's the name for the order?", without looking at you. I've been ordering "Americano with cream" for years all across country and pay the price of the drink as listed on the menu board. This place wants to charge an additional 75 cents for a splash of cream and their listed price does not include tax. Ultimately the $5 Americano is $6.25. I walked out and will drive to one of the many kiosks, like Human Bean, get a coffee AND a smile.

Been coming for a couple months, and the coffee is excellent. Very well balanced. The food has been great also. Very nice, helpful and professional staff.

We had the breakfast sandwich and the chipotle turkey club,both with chips. Both were huge and excellent! Chips were great also. The candied bacon is to die for!

Top notch service! They really go out of their way to be considerate, friendly, and hospitable!

I love that they offer avocado toast, and it would be even more amazing if they had more vegan options as well!

I haven’t come across a nice employee. We weren’t greeted and each time I have gone, the ladies are real rude & miserable for no reason. Coffee is pretty good though.

Bad company

The employee asked us the name right after I got to the store. My boyfriend was laughing at the girl asking the name. I ordered the iced mocha with oat milk, and they have a lot of choices of non-dairy milks. You need to be aware of their open hours since it closes early if you wanna visit them.

Didn’t know this place was here so decided to give it a try. I’d have to say one and done. The food looks really good but I went for a latte. Coffee tasted bitter and stale and the “smores” flavor was absent. I hate wasting money but glad I gave it a try

Awesome Avocado Toast!
The yogurt parfait was excellent.
This place is great for a sensible breakfast on these hot days. Nice and cool inside with a/c and ceiling fans.

Truly exceptional service from Stephanie as our server and wonderful food from Janet the chef! My boyfriend was not impressed with the coffee (hence 4 stars). He said it was under brewed, but the food was amazing. Never would have thought of putting avo toast on a raisin walnut bread but it works! The breakfast sandwich was huge and both came with a side.

I guess if you're getting a fru-fru coffee they may be ok. However, I ordered avocado toast with no cheese. I specifically said "no cheese" twice and the guy who took my order repeated back "no cheese". So, I thought I was safe. I took it back to my room and opened it up and... covered in feta cheese and a slice of melted fake cheddar cheese.For most people that's not a problem, but for me it is due to some pretty bad physical reactions I get to milk products.So, my choice was to go back and wait another half hour for them to make it the way I ordered, or throw away half the meal and deal with the reaction from the cheese I couldn't remove...none of which were good options.Also, the amount of food for the money was kind of lacking.I'm not a fan... probably won't return.

It was odd. I hit “other” on tip and left $1. It’s a coffee shop, not a restaurant. I pulled my credit card out, and said “thank you”. The girl responded with “You’re not welcome.” Did she want a larger tip? This made me very uncomfortable. Also, the Pumpkin Loaf bread was cold and stale. Just a poor experience overall.
