The shop was open so we walked in, the guy behind the counter saw us come in so we waited for the him to look up or say something so we could order. We were the only customers in the shop, he completely ignored us the entire time we waited for any interaction. We ended up walking away as we were clearly not welcome. Overall not a positive or welcoming place.

Horrible place. The lady is rude. Ben there 2 times now. Thought maybe 1st time was a ba day for her. No, she is just rude. Hurry hurry. As we walk In She I talking to another lady that we needed to wait for. Then, I get told to make picks before we even look for her duck game. Say $6 minimum on cards. But she still charged 2 extra cu that's how much our purchase costs Didn't make any sense to us. There are other ice cream places to spend your money. Don't give her your time or business. Ace looks like trash. Crap all over. Like a hoarders house. Time for someone to take over from this lady.

The lady that serves you is really rude. There is a sign that says if you find all 8 ducks you get a surprise. When we were looking while others in our family were ordering she told us "wait until you order." If she asks someone to order other than you and you try to order she says "wait your turn." The only good part abt this place is it is thrifty ice cream. She makes her own "bank charges" when you use your card. The first time we went she was the exact same way so we gave her the benefit of the doubt but nothing changed. Sorry but there are way more welcoming, nicer looking ice cream places just a few feet from that one.

I would had given them 4 stars if I didn't find a wire piece in my coffee ice cream ! I had that on 27th of September. My mom & sister had shaved ice in strawberry ? flavour & lime flavour each. I saw something black was peeking thru my ice cream & thought it was just a particle, or some mass of a coloring dye of the coffee . My sister complained that to the lady for me. She was nice & friendly & told my sister the same thing had happened to her mom? And she had to go thru with a surgery !! Almost damaged her mom's vocal cord !! It was a super hot day in Lake Havasu !! We ate 'em at the right next door diner .

Horrible customer service. The big lady was rude and demanding. There was 3 kids and 4 adults in our group. The lady demanded we order every single item before she would even start making them. Felt racially profiled against as soon as we walked in. She wasn’t welcoming, had a bad attitude and clearly hates life. Told us she only takes cash and doesn’t have change for a $100 when she didn’t even know how many items we were ordering.We explained the kids would like to order themselves. Mind you were on a family vacation and wanted the kids to have a great experience. She said it doesn’t work like that, that she wants every item, every flavor and we need to pay before she starts making them. The kids were indecisive on what they wanted and she had no patience with the kids. Ended up throwing their icees in the trash in front of them and told them she’s not making them anything and to get out her store. The kids had to experience this lady being aggressive on their first trip to havasu. Most disrespectful and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company should be ashamed on having someone like her representing their company. She walked out the ice cream parlor and got in my moms face. So unprofessional and a miserable lady. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not welcoming and definitely not family friendly. There are plenty other ice cream parlors on the London Bridge that treats you with respect and a great experience. My family and I will never return and you shouldn’t either!!!!!!
