This Panda has got to be top 10 in Arizona. It is large, clean, and has a drive thru. People who work here actually care. I was served by Nelson, and the manager stopped by our table. Both asked if the food was good. As most know, most Panda Express are staffed by people who generally could care less about customer opinions.
Elva was my server on my receipt, that girl is working hard. Genuinely so kind and made it a pleasant experience to order when I’m usually nervous. I really hope management sees this and gives her recognition for working hard and making this location a welcoming atmosphere. This was my first time here and I will be back.
Waited at home sense I know they get busy, still Waited extra time. (Online is a waste of time) No sauce or napkins and fork (why ask me if I want them?) one item is just greenbeans no meat. Not sure what happened just hoping they do better next time!
