First off, let me say that the food here is really good and the servers are very nice and apologetic. The real problem is you have to wait a long time to get your food as it appears there are more tables than at the previous location used to have and the kitchen staff just can't keep up. We waited for over an hour and a half for our breakfast this morning and that's just unacceptable. This place makes good stuff but Travis needs to get his s*** together if he wants it...
Be aware, they have moved to a new site. Substantial improvement in the atmosphere. I could only give service 4 stars, but I also recognize they were slammed with customers, and appeared to be short staffed to handle the volume. My meal was outstanding, wife's hash browns were a tad bit on the greasy side.
We unfortunately went on a Sunday, only one waitress for this very busy restaurant. We waited 1/2 hour to be seated. Finally got seated and they did take our order but another half hour no food. So we left.
