I have been here a lot for sushi only which is very good and tepanyaki. Recently I tried the chicken yakisoba off the menu which is stir fried noodles with chicken. It was unbelievably bad. The CHICKEN WAS FAKE meat. It was a gross rubbery something with all pieces shaped the same. 100% this was not real chicken. Had to throw it away! It is disturbing that a place of this caliber is doing this.
Josh F, the manager, provided an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the level of management exceeded all expectations. Josh went above and beyond to accommodate my ADA needs, showing genuine care and professionalism throughout my stay. His dedication made a lasting impression, and I would gladly return because of the exceptional service he provided.
I love the hibachi dinner, this was my first time at Sho-Gun, but I have also been to Benihanas and several other hibachi dinner places around the country. The chef antics are entertaining. The food was terrific and very plentiful, dinner came with miso and a small salad and I added on a spicy tuna roll to start. I will be back, it was a fun night out.
