Where do I even begin?
As a foodie, I’ll admit I can be a bit critical—but I also know great food when I taste it. We love taking out-of-town guests somewhere memorable on the water, so we chose Turtle Bar & Grill to show off their recent remodel, which really is beautiful.
That said… the food didn’t come close to matching the hype.

100% open air beach front bar with fantastic city view of Thompson Bay. New remodel features cozy seating areas nestled in the palm trees with overhead misters to keep it cool. Rotunda bar got a refresh and a designated table for large parties. Happy Hour 3-5 pm featured $4 well drinks and $5 mini apps when I was there. East facing making it a great place to watch the moon rise.
Loved the time we spent at the NEWLY REMODELED Naked Turtle Beach Bar and Grill. We loved the margaritas, Pina Colada’s, and the fried Calamari (ask for extra cocktail sauce as you will need 2-3 for all that Calamari). Great bartenders will take good care of you. The view of the water is great and the people watching is fun.
