We went yesterday At 11 date 1/23/21 no one in the restaurant had a mask on except your very unprofessional staff lady at the front counter . She asked if we had a mask I said no she said here put this on me an hubby put it on ... she instructed me to put it up higher on my face , I said no I can’t breath an she said get used to it !!! Wienerschnitzel is a place with amazing customer service and a clean environment. The staff is pleasant and goes above and beyond to make the visit extraordinary. The food, like the sauerkraut hot dog and jalapeño poppers, is served at a good temperature and hits the spot. The New York dog and lemonade make a great combination. The drive-thru has a classic old-school charm with a loudspeaker box, adding a nostalgic and fun touch. The restaurant offers generous portions, with chili dogs topped with actual chili and cheese that is cheesy, and overflowing fries that spill into the bottom of the bag. The hot chili, onions, and mustard on the chili dogs are always plentiful, and the fries are consistently fresh. It is definitely a kid-friendly and fully accessible restaurant. While the ice cream machine can be hit or miss and milkshakes are only available in one size, the place remains a dependable spot that delivers on flavor and value.
