I received the wrong breakfast sandwich through the drive-thru, but when I went back, Nathan took great care of the situation. He quickly fixed the mistake, acknowledged the inconvenience, and made the whole experience right. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how efficiently everything was handled. Excellent local Coffee & other great Drinks. They also serve some very good Bagels.
The Drive-thru is usually very busy, but it's much fadt to just run in & get Coffee from the Counter.

I’ve been coming here almost daily since I moved to lake havasu and I always get the best customer service and everyone’s nice and friendly, my little one accidentally knocked over my coffee and I went to purchase a new one and the barista made it for me for free. I love this place.❤️
