I just want to share my experience with Almuerzo so the food and the quantity that you were served is just perfect. However, as you arrive automatically, you donāt feel very welcome. They gave us a 1 hour hold time first of all they had many empty tables, either they didnāt want to attend us or they feel overwhelmed and just said an hour because they canāt handle more clients and need more support in there staff. The tone of voice from the staff waitresses is such of lack of welcoming customers service. As they also provide with zero happy vibes and bringing your food, the staff is very cold. Donāt even ask if you need anything else very cut and dry. Honestly, this is the fifth time I come here because I love the food. But thereās no customer friendliness on how the answer you and even how they approach you Really needs to change because itās a great restaurant, but you donāt feel like theyāre happy either working there or they have not been properly trained on how you should treat customers. I hope that the chef is well aware of this because this could impact his business and the first person that you come across impacts how your business is running. Again, the food is delicious that for me was a five star, but the service and people bringing your food or the waitresses and all of them that I have had before none of them are Customer Service friendly. Local places like this have amazing growing opportunities but when thereās a lack of great service, I think that should really be changed.

First of all the food is fantastic. The service sucks!
When we first got here there were several waitresses standing around each other talking and no acknowledgment for several minutes. OK. Moving on.
Food: Wow! We didnt have anything bad.
Service: We had to ask for water multiple times & for refills on water. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times on the type of milk we wanted in our lattes. I got regular milk unfortunately, thank goodness my husband who does have lactose issues got oatmilk. I never said anything cause our waitress NEVER came back. Other people brought us our food.
Again, waitress never came back out to see how our food was or if we needed anything else. My husband had to go inside to ask for a box & our bill, really?! He said several waitresses (ours included) where all congregating together looking at one of the girls' phone.... WOW! So our waitress never came out to see how we were doing or if we needed a box or check cause it was to inconvenient?
Honestly I might try this place in 6mo-1yr to see if the service has changed but don't plan on going back anytime soon because of it. Too bad cause the food was on point.

I come here all the time and each time the service has been getting worse. For taking over 40 minutes. Being left out to get cold by the time it gets to table. Refills are just a dream. Might be saying food takes time to make. My order today was pecan waffle, 3 toast. My waffle used to come so soft and brown. Today looks like my waffle owee them some money. They beat it up and to teach it a lesson on not to do it again. They held it down and burnt it. Like they wanted answers.

Food was amazing! The stingray appetizer and the toast with lox was my favorite. The service was terrible. Although they were polite they were definitely disorganized and did not listen when they took your order. If you are going to shue pigeons off the table when you seat us at least offer to wipe it down. Luckily we carry clorox wipes with us. Had to repeat our order multiple times, then they brought us someone else's food. Had to finally go inside to ask for a check and a box since our waitress didn't come back out for like 15 minutes, but when you go inside there are 5 waitresses standing together talking.
