Worst latte i have ever had, tastes like water with milk and didn’t even wake me up

Their drinks are usually very sweet, but I decided to try a shaken espresso I saw on TikTok, since that’s my go-to at other coffee shops. I ordered a medium iced shaken espresso with cold foam, which came to just under $9. Unfortunately, it was overly sweet and tasted more like gas station coffee with ice and syrup than a proper espresso drink. I’ve had their lattes before, and while sweet, the espresso has never tasted this bad. I’m fairly certain it was made with iced coffee instead of espresso shots.

When I returned to politely share my dissatisfaction, I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a refund or a replacement, I honestly was just hoping they’d offer a coupon for a future purchase but I was interrupted instead. I had drank most of my coffee so I wasn’t expecting for them to remake it. I went back after my doctors appointment because I was just really disappointed in the quality and price I felt it wasn’t right to settle. Still, I was treated as though I was just looking for a free drink, and several employees including the manager began gossiping and whispering. A barista then insisted they had made the drink correctly, but the poor customer service made the situation worse. If I could give their service 0 stars I would. I don’t think I’ve ever received great service at this location but this time it was awful!

Given the high prices compared to their competitors and the way I was treated, I will not be returning. Their competitor down the street would never have handled the situation this poorly. Of course mistakes happen but to deny my dissatisfaction and not try to make things right is not professional especially for a larger company.

Poorly made matcha ice blended drinks, the drink tasted like milk rather than matcha. The barista used the wrong proportions, ending up with about 30% extra after blending, which she discarded. As a result, the drink was essentially diluted by 30%

This was my first time there and Instead of telling me right off the bat they were completely out of half at the drive thru they insisted on making the sale leading me to thinking they were able to serve coffee. You need to train the staff to have better common courtesy and let customers know right at hand cause I just waisted my time ordering for no reason. I will not be coming back I’ll continue to get it across the street

One start is too much. Matcha is terrible and coffee is basically milk. Waits in the drive thru are too long. Also drive thru is a 2 lane merge system and sometimes other drivers don’t know how to use, on top of that employees intentionally miss inform on how to use merge lanes. Safe to say I will not be going back.

HORRIBLE customer service. The merging lane here was also a terrible idea. YOU have people RAGING for their spot in line. I ordered a match as well that looked yellow instead of green how it’s suppose to and it was watered down. Fix your merging lane and give your employees better training.

Ordered a matcha chiller. I was given a vanilla bean instead. Also ordered an ice coffee that was okay. Ordered a bagel asked the girl to split it or cut in half. She didn’t understand what I ment. Service was awful rude people and condescending . Spent $17 dollars for this not happy.

Great location for a quick stop on the way to Tucson. We got four medium size fuel drinks for $22, which isn’t bad at all. I absolutely love the tangerine passion and I wish they would keep it on the menu!
