Black⚡Rock Coffee is a great alternative to those other chain coffee places. Drinks are awesome, the Pumpkin Blondie Chiller is my go to drink for the fall.

I was having a shitty morning and decided to grab a fuel to lift my mood, and the lovely baristas wrote something very sweet on my fuel. It’s a little thing but totally optional and not unappreciated. Made my morning! Starbucks could never

My first time in and I suspect it might be my last. I got a blended Mexican Mocha which tasted okay, but the cup wasn't even full. I'd have been better off making my own at home.

Black Rock Coffee Bar in Phoenix, Arizona, is an exceptional spot that stands out in a city brimming with coffee options. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both quick stops and longer stays. The ambiance is a blend of modern and comfortable, with a friendly staff that is always eager to make your experience enjoyable.

One of the absolute highlights at Black Rock Coffee Bar is their iced matcha latte, which has quickly become a staple for many regulars, myself included. This drink is a perfect blend of smooth, earthy matcha and creamy milk, with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s refreshing, invigorating, and satisfies that craving for something cool and revitalizing, especially on a hot Phoenix day. The iced matcha latte is not just a drink; it’s an experience. It’s clear that the baristas take great care in crafting each latte, ensuring a consistent quality that keeps you coming back for more.

Beyond the iced matcha latte, the menu at Black Rock Coffee Bar offers a wide variety of beverages to suit any taste. Their coffee is robust and flavorful, with a selection of specialty drinks that cater to both traditionalists and those who like to explore new flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic espresso or something more adventurous, like their unique blended drinks, you’ll find something to love here.

The service is another standout feature of Black Rock Coffee Bar. The staff is not only skilled in crafting high-quality drinks but also excels in customer service. They’re friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, making you feel like a valued guest every time you visit. They’re also knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to make recommendations if you’re unsure what to order.

The location itself is convenient and easy to access, with plenty of seating options for those who want to relax or get some work done. The atmosphere is vibrant yet laid-back, making it a perfect spot to meet friends, catch up on some reading, or simply enjoy a moment of peace with a great drink in hand.

Even when calling during business hours, the phone just plays a recording telling you to use the website. Why have a phone number?

I recently tried the iced Caramel Blondie coffee at Black Rock, and I absolutely love it! The rich caramel flavor combined with the smooth coffee is the perfect treat. It’s not too sweet, and the iced coffee is wonderfully refreshing. This has quickly become my go-to drink at BlackRock Cafe. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here twice now where they didn’t have any drip coffee… it’s a coffee shop that doesn’t sell coffee apparently

My drink was made poorly for $7 charge I think they need to pay attention to what people are ordering. The person who was in the window in the drive-through with the name of Gabby held the line for over 20 minutes was questioning me after I showed her the charge that I paid for the coffee and was asking that I had to come back with the coffee that was made in mistake in order to get it remade, I ended up calling the customer service and the customer service number you guys have on Google just says to come in person. They don’t say nothing about bringing back the drink that was made incorrectly, especially when it was real early in the morning, she was really rude and I have a picture to prove who she is
