EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS‼️‼️‼️IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN, THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY WHEN ME , MY HUSBAND AND MY 3 BOYS WENT IN AND WE SAT DOWN. WHEN THE SERVER CAME HE ASKED WHAT WE WANTED TO DRINK AND MY 7 YEAR OLD THAT IS AUTISTIC STARTED TO ORDER AND RAYMOND G(our server) TOLD HIM TO BREATHE AND TO LET HIM TALK UNLESS HE WANTED TO DO HIS JOB. I WAS VERY CONFUSED BECAUSE I DIDNT REALIZE AT THE MOMENT THAT HE WAS BEING RUDE BUT AFTER THIS HE ASKED MY SON (the same one that he basically told to be quiet)WHAT DRINK HE WANTED AND MY SON SAID HOT CHOCOLATE AND RAYMOND IMMEDIATELY LAUGHED AND SAID ITS 100 DEGREES OUT WHY WOULD YOU WANT HOT CHOCOLATE WHY DONT YOU GET SOME JUICE. I SAW MY SONS FACE HE FELT EMBARRASSED SO HE ORDERED A LEMONADE INSTEAD, AT THAT POINT I WAS ALREADY CATCHING ON TO RAYMONDS SARCASM, HE TRULY BELIEVES HES FUNNY BUT HES NOT. SO WHEN HE CAME BACK I TOLD HIM I WANTED A HOT CHOCOLATE AND HE LAUGHED AND SAID OKAY ILL MAKE SURE TO PUT EXTRA WHIP CREAM ON IT AND TO BE HONEST THAY MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE. AT THIS POINT ME AND MY HUSBAND WHERE UPSET BUT WE DONT LIKE TO CAUSE PROBLEMS, AFTER THAT WE GOT OUR FOOD WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤢 THEY CHARGED MY HUSBAND EXTRA FOR A TINY BOWL OF MAC AND CHEESE THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY MICROWAVED. WE DIDNT EAT OUR FOOD SO I ASKED FOR BOXES ,AT THIS POINT MY HUSBAND WENT OUTSIDE WITH MY SON SO I WENT TO PAY AND THE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF “BEAM” ASKED IF I WANTED A BAG AND I SAID YES AND THE SERVER RAYMOND WAS PASSING BY AND HE SAID “THEY ARENT GOING TO EAT THE FOOD” AND THE MANAGER SAID “I FIGURED THAT” SO WHEN THE MANAGER CAME BACK I ASKED HIM WHY DID HE SAY THAT AND HE TRIED TO PLAY DUMB AND SAID THEY WERENT TALKING ABOUT US SO I TOLD HIM THAT THE SERVER WAS BEING RUDE AND THAT THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND ALL HE DID WAS PUT HIS HEAD DOWN AND SAID I HOPE WE DO BETTER NEXT TIME, NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING (and yes we paid full price for our meals , only the kids meals where free because of a promotion they have)‼️ WE WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AND I HOPE WITH ALL MY HEART THAT RAYMOND FINDS HIMSELF ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE HIS CUSTOMER SERVCE SUCKS!! They have sirloin steak and eggs for breakfast and I ordered just that. Very disappointed with what they brought me. The so-called sirloin steak was not a sirloin steak. Not quite sure what cut it was but very disappointed. They need to be trained on cuts of steaks.
