I wish I could’ve given this spot a better review because the ramen was actually pretty good.

We got there and it’s packed (totally fine didn’t mind waiting) groups before us got buzzers we didn’t and then 4 groups did walk ins and got sat before us I ended up having to wait in the building so she would stop forgetting about my group.

Then I saw the “$1 extra toppings” on the menu I asked if that was $1 for all the veggies or if it’s each veggie for $1 she said it covered everything. No it didn’t I was charged $6 for each topping AND the amount I got was identical to everyone else at my table that didn’t pay extra there was no extra I didn’t even get a couple of them on the bowl that I paid extra for. I wasn’t given a receipt when I paid so I only saw this afterwards and was forced to pay for it. Was a terrible experience

The Tonkotsu Ramen tasted just like the ramen I had in Japan! The atmosphere is top notch and service is fantastic. Highly recommend this gem in Laveen!

How did this place get any good reviews? Had shoyu ramen and shrimp udon— they were just
okay. Egg was overcooked and you only get a half, no real fresh ingredients in the bowl, fish cake over cooked, Pork okay, broth & noodles, pretty good (the best part). The tempura shrimp looked like it’s a frozen premade thing, but crispy and good in a junk food kind of way. The service was bad- our waitress disappeared, did not check after food came, was thinking about ordering more noodles, but couldn’t get anyone to come over. The worst thing: the smell. It seemed a little off at first, the while we waited it got worse— like the seal on a toilet was off— I’m honestly horrified that we didn’t just leave (my guest was starving & less in the bad airflow spot). I want to support local restaurants, but we deserve better.

It's an amazing place, I love the food it's to die for, and Stephen was a great waiter to me and my wife. I definitely recommend it to anyone that loves Ramen and the authentic Japanese dishes.

The ramen was sooo amazing, and the atmosphere was very nice! I really like our waitress, she was so sweet and patient with our indecisive to order. So many nice choices!
