Went to this spot for the first time, and my. This is the best ramen I've had in the valley. BY FAR! The atmosphere is cozy, and they did a great job on the decor. The staff here are personable and kind. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and altered the protein from pork to chicken. I'm not normally big on pork, but after trying it here? Pork is THE way to go.
