Marco's Pizza

Ordered here 3 times to try and I've them a chance, but all 3 times they were not able to deliver our food and when we called them (over an hour past when the pizza should have been delivered) and they said they had no drivers. We ended up driving to the location to pick the pizza up and it was cold, old, and nasty. I took this up with Marcos leadership and they said they would refund our order, which never happened on any occasion. We haven't ordered from then in months and tried again today to give them another chance and same exact outcome. No deliver over an hour later and nobody to answer the phone. This location is a sick joke and would never recommend.

Sammy and Nicole were great! We ordered an XL pizza, wings and salad and the wings and salad were not so good. I called back a few days later and spoke to the Manager Cam and he made it right. Thank you Marco's for having such great service and love the pizza and salad.

My kids and I decided to try this place out and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! The pizza is amazing! The salads could use some working on BUT the pizza and service was so amazing it didn’t matter. We’ve driven by this place tons of times and we decided to try it out. We will never go back to dominos or little ceasers again!!! The extra couple dollars was worth it!! Very affordable for the quality!!! Cheaper the Barros (nothing against them) but my kids insisted I post the comparison. We will be back!!

Thank you Marco's pizza! I have tried so many different pizza places. And no one hits the spot. And or can even get the order correct or cooked properly. But Marco's Pizza you guys actually delivered. Ordering was easy. Food arrived when you guys said it would. It was fresh and hot. On top of the fact...It was delicious! That new fiery jalapeno cheese bread is the best! Thank you. Will definitely be ordering again.

The cheese bread was dry and the pizza wasn't the normal good taste that I'm used to from Marcos. My wife also got the pizza bowl and for $9.99 it wasn't nearly enough in that bowl.

Great food, trash service. Last few orders they did not include the ranches that we paid for. Most recent order they also didnt bring any plates w 4 large pizzas - typically marcos sends us plates with larger orders like this. Last time I just took the loss, this time I called to let them know they forgot our ranch again and ask if they could please redeliver them with plates. The person on their phone did not seem interested in fixing and told me their drivers won't redeliver for "just ranches." This felt a little careless from a customer service standpoint, I explained that I ordered and paid for them for delivery bc I was having a party and that it doesn't make sense they can't fix their mistake and deliver what THEY forgot when it was clearly on the order. She then again repeated that "we can't redeliver an order that's already been paid unless it's a food item" and there's "nothing she can do" but offer a credit on the next order. I asked for a manager and she stated she was the MOD and again there was nothing she can do. She ended up refunding the ranch $ for me but it really just felt dumb that they couldn't just deliver it like they had JUST delivered the pizza and felt like she just didn't want to fix it.

I'm in the mood for pizza and started to go here but the picture of the workers fixing food while not wearing gloves just disgusted me. I'm good I'll find some place else.

CHILE!! I walked into Marco’s to buy 2 large pizzas and not a SOUL was wearing gloves. They were grabbing large handfuls of mozzarella and pepperoni with their bare hands. One girl was constantly adjusting her glasses while touching the cheese. Ima need y’all to do better. NEVER AGAIN. I couldn’t even request a remake bc they were DIGGING in the pan. Yikes

Ordered online, which was super convenient. When I got there, the employees seemed tired and like they did not enjoy their jobs very much. I had to ask a lot of questions for my order, without being offered grated Parmesan or red pepper. They did not offer me utensils or napkins either…. When I got home, realized my calzone sauce was also missing. Good food, decent price… customer service could definitely be improved!

Taste kinda like papa John’s but way too expensive, I’ll rather get the deals at papa John’s for better pizza or Barros pizza across the street
