As soon as we entered, the night staff was on their phone and barely acknowledged us. They seemed moody and reluctant to take our order, almost as if we were bothering them. The atmosphere felt so uncomfortable and awkward that we even considered just taking the food to go instead of dining in. Overall, the service came across as very unprofessional and disappointing

My visit to this mod pizza location was from from a good experience as usual due to two employees named Melanie and esther. To begin with an extreme lack of professionalism no greeting to begin with, the employee were giggling amongst each other without any acknowledgment to me as a paying customer. The lack of attention to my order was extremely upsetting I really hope these two employees grow professionally, hoping to have a better experience moving forward.
The pizza was great and exactly as ordered.

I'm a fan of pizza like everyone else, and being able to choose what toppings is always a great option. But I go for my son, who's a huge pepperoni fan. And he eats the entire crust, never complains about the taste of the sauce and gets enough pepperoni that makes him happy.
Everyone is always accommodating, asks plenty of questions and will provide any assistance when asked. That's always made me feel comfortable going in to order.
Used to love this place, but the service has really gone downhill. Staff wear earphones, ignore customers, and chat with each other instead of helping. They often run out of ingredients and when you ask about it, the answer is just “I don’t know” — might as well be “I don’t care.” No greeting, no energy, and definitely no customer service. Disappointing change from what used to be a great experience.
They are always out of cauliflower crust and don’t have a clue when they will get more. Is that really the level of communication our service industry is in? I’m confused because there are more tips jars than personalities these days
Do not go at 10 pm on a Friday the female employees have vary bad vibes vary vary rude
Good pizza, custom made!
Just left this location without even ordering my food. I walked in and there was no one in line. There was one man at the counter being helped by one of the two employees that were visible behind the counter. I waited to be greeted or helped for about 3-5 minutes. And no one said one word to me. The one employee was helping the man as I said, the other was folding pizza boxes. Which she had a very tall stack of pizza boxes already stacked up. So not sure why she was doing that when customers are just standing there waiting to be greeted. I can be patient with this, so I just waited. Nothing. The two girls were talking to each other in Spanish, so I couldn’t understand them. And no one greeted me. The last straw was watching the girl who could have helped me, stop folding her pizza boxes, and use her stack of pizza boxes as a shield to be on her phone. Right in front of me. Never greeting me, and then using her pizza box tower as a shield to ignore me and be on her pink cased phone. So I walked out, and spent my money elsewhere for lunch. Those girls were incredibly rude to ignore me, and then she got on her phone… not even hiding it well. Sad. They get 2 starts instead of one because I have eaten here before and the pizza is good I think.
