I like a the family bundle deals here and thats why I came here but we waited 30 min and nvr received our drinks. She also gave me the wrong wine. After waiting 30 min, we just left. Never had that happen before where our drinks was never served. Poor, poor service!!

Our server Raelynn was not taking care of us and got mad because we canceled our drinks after 20 minutes and threw our bill on the table and walked way. First and last time here!

The first few times I've been here the lemon pepper wings were 🔥🔥 This time, at a different location, not so much! Wings were overcooked, and not enough lemon pepper! Since this was take-out, I ran in and ran out and did look at them..won't make that mistake twice! I must say though, when they are good they are good!

I put in an order for a brownie Sundae and only received a square of a brownie. How is that supposed to feed 2 people. Very disappointing. The cookie sundae is the same thing and I received the whole cookie.
How are they different?????
I’m never going to native again, they rationing for no reason. Smh

Ordered at 5:05pm, got there at 5:20. Order said it would be ready at 5:23pm. I told the lady my name and she said it wasn't ready yet. I sat down to wait. 10 minutes goes by and she asks for my name again, goes to check my order and says they are finishing making it (this was a lie I found out later). 15 more minutes goes by and she comes around again and asks for my name one more time. I tell her and she pulls out an order I see that had been sitting in the food warmer case since I first walked in. My order was already done and sitting there while I waited 25 minutes for it. Since I knew that order had been sitting there the whole time I asked her why I was waiting for it and she told me it was because I gave her my last name instead of my first name. Turns out the last name on the tickets is cut off and she though my last name was supposed to be my first name. My last name doesn't sound anything like a first name by the way. And so when she went to the kitchen the first time to check on my order she obviously didn't ask them about it or got confused because the order was already cooked. When I got home my wings were cold and I had to reheat them. Terrible experience and it was my first time placing a to go order from the app. I probably won't make that mistake again... if I decide to go back. Terrible experience.

I went and paid for my músic to be heard and it wasn’t they didn’t even let me know they would take it off to not add anything I get there are other customers but we paid and deserve to be let know it’s happen twice already at this place

I’ve never had food from there but I called to place and order and they keep answering the phone and hanging up. I guess they don’t want to sell.

Awesome food and drinks... Great place to watch football and just to hang out with family and friends.
