The person who assisted us over the phone and in person was extremely nice and very understanding. They really went out of their way to help us with our online order. The food was also delicious. Extremely grateful and made my day, thank you!!

Panera is a simple food kinda place, with an eerily silent vibe. I went in around 12pm and couldn’t help but hear the manager with the white hair yelling to the workers about every little thing. You really notice she’s the manager..: I think she should be kinder to her workers. The way she yells fills up the restaurant making everyone uncomfortable.. talk to your team like humans not like robots. You can walk up to them and ask nicely, not scream across the whole store.

I love Panera Bread, their food is delicious, always.
Service at this location is hit or miss. When the manager is on site, service is quite ck and efficient. At other times, I've seen 1 person assisting customers while all the other team members talk or flirt.

It was fantastic to be here. We have been at many Panera locations, but this one felt different. It is a great place to hang out to chat.

I ordered through the app ahead of time and when my order was ready, I went through the drive thru and was directed to go to lane 1. They took forever to come out, even the person in front of me who ordered through the drive thru got their food first. My sandwich was soggy, and the inside of the paper bag smelled disgusting.

Tried to order breakfast sandwiches for delivery thru the app around 9:30. Got distracted and went to finish my order at 10:10. Apparently, they cut off breakfast orders well before the 10:30 am it says in their app because it told me everything was unavailable and I had to remove those items from my cart. Really? You all make the orders and a 3rd party delivers them. Why are you cutting us off 20 minutes before deadline? Seems like they want to push you to lunch for more $$$

I frequent this Panera a lot. The people working are usually very friendly, so A+ for that. However, it's very slow. A few times the In-n-Out line has gone faster than Panera when there's 2-3 cars in the drive-thru

The Wait time in the arrive thru is just ridiculously long.

I ordered on the app to skip the wait. I pulled up to the drive through and let them know I had an online order. They tell me to pull up to spot 1 and they completely forgot about me. I waited for 18 minutes even though the app had said my order was ready. I had to go back and ask for my order that was just sitting there, zero accountability.

The bottom of my coffee cup is almost always full of grounds. It's not just this location, it must be how they make it at all locations. Additionally the coffee is sometimes luke warm because it just sits in a pot and there is nothing to keep it hot. If you are considering the sip club be aware. Also, if you eat keto, low carb, carnivore or any food without carbs, this is the wrong spot for you.
