I was at this location 10/20/25 around 8:50 pm and was treated with disrespect by such an ugly character from Monserrat at drive through. She questioned “ you can’t reach more” while handing over my change and backed up more to where I could not reach, I responded “no I can’t”. Monserrat made a very rude face and mumbled she then proceeded to roll her eyes and close the window with attitude and turned her back on me and never gave me a receipt. I didn’t get to enjoy my food like I planned. I was really thrown off by her treatment. People like her shouldn’t be allowed to work with customers while having poor customer service, lack of communication and lack of self control. Managers should be told by their staff when they are having a bad day and not have to be placed to attend customers to avoid being in situations like this.

This place provides great atmosphere.Great customer service.The food is great.I just wish it wasn't as expensive as it is.But their food is that great, though.So they have the right to price.Their food, the way it isI just wish it wasn't as expensive.Because I would love to visit there more often

Chicken was not crispy, it was soggy and skin was falling off. Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. What a disappointment and waste of money

I received cold food that tastes like shit. I'd rather just stick to Culver's. They never mess up my food and it's always hot and fresh.
