First very bad service second I buy 2 juice every Sunday they don’t provide us cup holder and my both in hand drop on ground and all spell on on ground no good service I never come this place

This place is the best! They always make my order right and never fail to provide a positive experience! Yosi makes the best bowls! And the blonde girl is always ready to take my order and make my day better!

afternoon staff is not trained on customer service, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. the past three times i have visited recently, without fail we were never greeted. the girls working are silent upon entry, they don't prompt you to use the kiosk either.
the smoothies are okay, the color and taste used to be accurate and the workers were super friendly about a 1-2 years ago.

I come to this location all of the time not sure if they were new employees however it took 25 minutes and 4 different sets of costumes received there orders before mine was actually ready. I ordered Açai bowls and avocado toast, and by the time that my avocado toast was finished, my açai bowls were melted. Very displeased with the service and prep for my food.

Been here 4 times and the drinks are good but the staff is rude. They just throw my drink on the counter every time, why ask my name if you’re just gonna throw it or leave it there.

Girl at the front counter with black hair and bangs and glasses working on February 26 was completely ignorant of customer needs ignored customer and service other customers that came in after her while waiting for a mobile order pick up didn’t ask any questions didn’t greet or anything

Im a regular here for acai bowls and my friend accidentally rated my order a sad face and they barely filled my bowl and theirs were filled to the brim and we paid the same price. very emotional workers

I have lots of big chunks of fruit left on the bottom of my cup. Some of the employees were very kind and nice but there was one that was very rude. Also my smoothie taste very powdery
