Horrible experience at this place, I ordered online, I arrived a few minutes late, my order wasn't ready, (and well that's not that important, since sometimes it's very busy in these places) the girl, with a very bad attitude, a lot of people waiting, and she ignored everyone, my salad was horrible, and my drink too, I won't come back here

Inconsistent... requested no bacon, was given bacon anyway. Apparently they're rationing salad now, there wasn't much in the bowl this time around.

On 9/1 & 9/3 around 7:45 rude little girl working there she is so rude no customer service I got her vibe from when I ordered, I knew she was going to be rude when I pull up she didnāt even great me she took my card gave me my food and didnāt say not one word! She needs some customer service skills that is really not that hard! Or get a job that does not require customer service! It looks really bad, itās really early in the morning to be with that attitude little girl! It happened twice! Hope manager sees this and fixes this issue.

On 09/03/2025 around 3pm-3:07pm. As I was ordering through the speaker I asked for a fajita the young girl asks me if I wanted it in a salad or wrap I told her wrap then before I even understood what she was trying to tell me, she then was listing me the proteins so I can choose but I kid you not I could not understand her because she was listing them so quickly speaking too fast to even understand. I didnāt even know she was listing me protiens she became frustrated because I told her I couldnāt understand what she was saying and instead of slowing down she became frustrated and then yelled chaotically through the speaker listing the proteins after I clearly kept repeating that I couldnāt understand what she was saying because she was speaking fast⦠not that I couldnāt hear, the volume was just fine. Please keep in mind that I havenāt been to Salad and Go and in a while so it wasnāt registering to me that she was listing the proteins lol like itās not a routine to me like it is to you. I know it doesnāt sound like a big deal but the way she spoke through that speaker was just ugly. When I got to the window, she didnāt greet me, say a word, or show any courtesy⦠she just took my card and handed me my food. I even told her thank you, and still received no response. If youāre going to work in customer service, patience and clear communication are key. A simple smile, greeting, or willingness to slow down for a customer makes all the difference. I donāt expect perfection, but basic kindness and professionalism go a long way in creating a better experience.

I ordered a barbecue chicken salad. I live right down the street. I get home and there's no chicken in the salad so I went back up there.,They hand me a little bowl of chicken,So I got all this lettuce and no chicken.
They can do better.

My jam. For a quick healthy lunch, get your greens and proteins here. Great price point on days I don't make my lunch. I bought two salads for friends. One got two meals out of her salad. Her husband complimented the size and flavor.

This is for all the employees but I spoke with April and Imani directly. I came to pickup my online order. Someone was already at the window so I waited bc itās 114 degrees outside. When the other person was gone i went to get my order. I rang the doorbell and waited. Looked through my phone bc i was waiting. I saw people act like they didnāt hear the bell making a drink and thought oh they will open the window now and walked right by the window. I gave it another second still didnāt open the window and pressed the bell again. When Imani finally came to the window I asked her to refund my order bc I was livid at having to wait in the heat while people were just walking passed the window for what felt like forever. I told her it is 114 outside and she said. āOh my godā I was getting drinks for the drive thru window, which I saw her do before I even rang the bell the second time. To prioritize drive thru orders over people waiting in the heat is crazy to me. I said look it is got out here and I refuse to support a business that will treat their customers like this. 114 degrees and there were plenty of employees in there to assist the window. She stated oh itās an online order I cannot refund your money. Iāll get a shift lead. April came and did not want to give me her name but stated she couldnāt refund the money. I advised her it is fine I will go through corporate but didnāt understand why she couldnāt give me her name. Imani was in the back saying a lot of unprofessional things and unprovoked bc she felt entitled to keep me waiting outside and I am entitled to spend my money where I do and do not want too and how I want to feel about how I was treated. I was completely calm bc as I said before I didnāt have to support the business. I will be posting a review on Yelp too and no longer supporting this location. They have done this to me before as well and it isnāt right and I want my money back. If not I will dispute the charge and go to the Better Business Bureau!

I ordered a buffalo wrap. They forgot to put the protein. I asked for ranch and they put. Something else, but not ranch. The only good thing today was that when I walked to the window, they gave me the food right away.

Second time here. First time no problems. Second time, worker is very unprofessional on the intercom and proceeds to laugh while taking order. Not sure what the training situation is at this location but being asked to repeat my order twice and laughing just doesnāt make my experience worthwhile.
