While the barista who was at the register was really sweet, the overall atmosphere was trash. I understand it’s a cafe, but it’s also Starbucks. It has a reputation/record of being a place where people can go and study or work. It’s not the library, so I’m not expecting it to be completely quiet. Music is expected, but when the bass reverberates out of the speakers and you can hear them shake.. That’s a bit much. The staff shouldn’t have to yell over the music in order to talk to each other. I shouldn’t have to yell to place my order. It’s almost like they were steadily increasing the volume on purpose to get customers to leave; they knew it was loud. The music was decent, but some of us just want to be able to hear our thoughts or at least what the person next to us is saying. I have avoided this location for months because of the reviews and i gave it a chance this week on a fluke. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

This is the 3rd time this location is giving me a spoiled out milk in my chai latte. Today my stomach hurts so bad after ignoring the odd spoiled taste and drinking it anyways. I’m totally regretting it. Never again.

I generally applaud StarBucks on their consistency, but today sadly that wasn’t the case. Worst cold brew I think I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of bad cold brew but this place takes 1st place with ease. Congrats ??

I've stopped coming to this location because it's ALWAYS a long wait just to then be given the wrong order and have to WAIT again. Today my daughter wanted to use her money that she earned for her chores to buy her and her friend drinks. Now they have a person taking the drinks which my daughter gave her order but unfortunately he didn't read back the order and I didn't ask him to. Waited in the long line just to be given the wrong order as expected. It was the wrong size which the girl confirmed the guy heard me say grande for both which is not true because my 11 year old specifically said medium and large. As an inconvenience to them, I was charged the difference of $.22 cents which all they did was dump it into a larger cup and fill it up with ice. Never again will I come to this location even though it's convenient because it's a drive thru. Rather go to Frys or Safeway where the customer service is far better and deserve a tip.

I went today at 6am. I ordered a grande pumpkin spice. Pulled up to the window and paid with my phone. Then waited and no one came back. 5 min later a different girl comes to the window and asked what I was waiting for. Handed me a drink. I did not look at it which is my fault. When I got to work I realized it was a non fat chocolate milk. Very disappointing. Us teachers need our coffee ? paid for a pumpkin spice and received a hot chocolate.

I live right by this location and stop in almost daily. We are traveling this morning so we placed a larger mobile order. My daughter and I came into the lobby and saw our bakery items ready in a bag and 3/4 drinks ready in a carrier. I touched the carrier to turn and check my name on the drinks and one of the baristas, Ibzia, immediately snapped at me saying “we will set the drinks out when they are ready!” Like ok? So unnecessary and ridiculous. It was busy and she was clearly stressed out. If she isn’t able to handle a rush and still be friendly then she’s at the wrong job.

My friend and I were at this location yesterday .We order thought the drive the the girl that took our order was very polite she make sure everything on our order was correct our experience was going great until.we arrive at the windows I let the girl know I had change my mind and wanted to upsides my drink from a grande to a venti, she had already charges us and told me that the girl was new that she was sorry for the inconvenience which had me very confused? .The windows was open and I was able to hear her telling the girl to move out of the way that she was making her waist her time because she couldn't get it right and that now she had to give us the drinks free because of her mistake and turned around told everyone that the girl had made a mistake , she returned to my friend and I and told us she was going to give us the drinks free for the inconvenience which had me very irritated. The other girl give us our order and apologize when it wasn't even her fault. The girl that took our payment never verify the order she just charged ? I personally feel so bad for the way this girl got treated when it wasn't even her fault, I feel that this person forget that one day she was also a new person and for some people it takes time to learned .starbucks corporations please follow back on this nobody should ever be embarrassed in front of others like this . This talks alot about person professionalism.

Literally the slowest Starbucks ever. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks around so we just have to deal with it. We usually wait 15 minutes with only two cars in front of us.
