Today 8/16/25, I ordered 2 Venti Strawberry Acai with extra strawberries and a coffee frapuchino and I would like to ask management to look into the portions because I got one strawberry on one of the drinks and 3 in the other. Please charge me extra if need it but make my order the way is ordered. This is not the first time this happened at the Laveen store however I don't have those issues when I go to other Starbucks.

You go inside thinking the drive thru lane is too long just to end up waiting even longer as you stand there to see the new employees using their manual to do a single drink at a time. They also run out of cake pops too fast.

Went in and was a paying customer but had to use the restroom before ordering. When I went into the restroom, I noticed no toilet paper / seat covers. Went back out and ordered and told the barista( with zero personality) who didn’t make eye contact , say I’ll be right with you. You know…. what several retail/service workers don’t do anyone. He rang me up , took my payment and walked away. Didn’t bother to go fix the issues or ask anyone to do so. Called the store when I left and told I believe e the same guy who answered and all he could say is thanks and hung up.. 😡
