This Whataburger is all over the place. Sometimes the food is good, but a lot of times it’s cold, undercooked or just bad. The wait is always super long even when they aren’t busy. If the food came out hot and fresh I’d get it, but it usually doesn’t. Just really inconsistent. They had me pull ahead and wait for 7 minutes in the drive thru for fries and onion rings that ended up being cold. Even had three other cars serviced behind me. I’d get it if I had a large order or if they had to fry the rings right then and there, but just lukewarm fries and cool onion rings.

I stopped during lunch and the person behind counter took my order 3 times and I knew it would not be right 35 min we got our food it was wrong so back to kitchen. Waited 5 min to get what we ordered so 40min for burgers, im done with whataburger

Ordered a sausage biscuit meal around 6am. No customers were there when I showed up and the food was ready immediately. However it seemed the food was waiting for me to show up since dinner the day before. The biscuit was greasy and soggy. The egg was old and the sausage was damn near crunchy. The hash browns tasted like they dumped old ones back in the fryer. Why would anyone serve something like this???

I'm so tired of coming thru this drive thru when I get off work.. I work nights and come thru between 1-3am...... The people working give two craps if your order is correct or not.... I've given passes in the past cause it's late and they're young... But this is my money I'm spending and I don't appreciate getting home and finding stuff messed up constantly..... I order the same thing every time.... I order a number five.. W jalapeños... On a small bun... W onion rings extra crispy and a strawberry shake... And spicy ketchup on the side.... Tonight... My burger had no jalapeños.... No spicy ketchup in the bag.. And the onion rings were barely cooked.... Rather than coming home relaxing and eating.. I had to warm up my air fryer and cook the onion rings.... This is ridiculous... I'm going to start going to jack n the box or filibertos when I get off work

This has to be one of the best Whataburger restaurants we have been to. The staff was so nice and the food was great. We were just passing through the area and wanted a bite to go. The cashier was friendly and extremely helpful. The burger was fresh and delicious and the salad with grilled chicken was beautiful and fresh. Since they made everything fresh there was a bit of a wait and the manager came out to check on us. We now have a nice place to stop on the way back! Thank you for hiring kind and courteous employees!

The food was absolutely what you expect from what burger. The staff experience was awesome. Very friendly, prompt, and attentive to my needs while I was inside. My table need to be wiped down but I probably could have picked a different one if it mattered more to me. That's was my only knock on the experience.

Food is usually just ok, Long times to make order, staff usually not friendly and always making mistakes on orders. If they dont make a mistake they usually do not give napkins with your order. It's always something. Today I ordered 3 burgers and was missing one and they made me seem like I was the one who made the mistake? Come on Whataburger do better...
*Edit: 04/25: They seemed to have listened to me and other customers on here that love to eat. Food definitely is prepared faster (when not busy) and service is better than the first several times I came here. Thank you for stepping up in your community 👍
