Came at 1030 (half an hr after they open. Already out of popcorn chicken and other sides. Checked my bag and they didnt give me the side with my combo. When I asked for it, it took 2 people to resolve. One with glasses was super sweet. The other one with black hair went and talked smack about having to fix it in front of me. I can read lips. Disappointed. And I had to sit there and listen to the manager or owner talking smack on the phone about the closers while waiting.
I had a wonderful time here and the food came out hot and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic, i spoke to a very beautiful lady named Sophia she was very professional and polite throughout the order and all around a 10/10 and i will be coming back very soon!
The Last 2 Tuesdays I've ordered your $10 bucket of 4 legs and 4 thighs. Well last week I was shorted a leg. This week a thigh. The last time I ordered the 12 piece bucket I was shorted a breast. Im confused are they counting the chicken when they put it in? I would be complaining. But first time it can be a mistake, the second time oops I forgot. NOW IT'S A PATTERN. THANKS FOR THE RIP OFF. The chicken was good.

KFC has shown significant improvement under new management, with better taste and extremely friendly staff. The new GM is turning this place around, making the food wonderful again and the service great. Despite being fast food, the food is fresh and acceptable. Located conveniently, this KFC location restores faith in the chain with decent chicken and service. The chicken is consistently fresh and good, just like you would expect from KFC.
Although sometimes short-staffed, they still manage to serve promptly. Recently, customers have noted how hard and diligently the staff works, with one customer appreciating the acknowledgment they received while waiting for their order. They were greeted with smiles, which made a bad day better. Customers have praised the staff for their excellent customer service, especially when they helped find better deals. The Tuesday special 8 piece chicken meal has been highlighted for its juicy and tender chicken, seasoned to perfection. Overall, this KFC is recommended for a visit, and cheers to the management for maintaining quality at this location!
