Lazy Palm Sports Grill

The service was amazing (THANKS RYLIE!!) and the food and drinks were outstanding and priced right! My only complaint is that I live in Florence and can’t come here more often, but I’ll be sending all the locals I know. Cheers!!

I wish there were zero stars for the (lack of) service on a Friday afternoon at 1:30pm... I walked in expecting a couple beers, an appetizer, and a meal. I was greeted, horrifically slowly, at a bar where everyone was either paying or done with their meal.
*(In fact the couple next to me asked if I needed/gave me a menu, because, as they stated: “she (the bartender) hasn’t been here in 90min.”)

The bartender was wildly slow and after two beers said “you’ve had two strong IPAs in less than 30 min, I can’t serve you anymore.”……….: I’m (NOT) sorry, but I have been there *at this exact point* for almost an hour and a half (1.35/hr) trying to order a burger to go. This never happened because she never came back, after my appetizer…

The kicker was, the couple next to me was more flabbergasted than I was when I was “cut off”…They jokingly kept saying that they “had more than me” and, no offense to the lovely women next to me, but she, in fact, spilled her drink (and was offered another) while I waited for my first one... I was ignored 99% of the time and told I was cut off before I could even order a meal. I will absolutely NEVER go back.

Had a really great experience first time being here lunch was amazing had a wonderful BLT Yolanda was my server and she did an exceptional job even though it was really busy ... I had a great experience

Service is always horrible there food is great once in a while have a good server or bartender

I came here with a couple friends , the service was okay at the beggening. But towards the end the server forgot about us and didint come back for a good 30 minutes. We had to flag someone down but we kept getting side eyed. I later on had to go up to a server so we could leave . Would’ve been worth it if the food was good, but that sucked too. Do better be better . Maybe try paying employees on time too, just a tip for ya. 😃👍🏼

Great happy hour good food friendly bartender

This was our first time going to this restaurant. There was a great selection on the menu and we were very pleased with what we had chosen, the only problem that we had was the Dagwood did not say it had any sauce on it and when it arrived my husband's sandwich did and it also came as a cold sandwich he kind of thought that it was going to be a hot sandwich. Service was wonderful and the girl felt really bad for not telling us those things but it wasn't her fault.

I've been stopping by for years, different days & times. Always disappointed in the service. Food has a great taste, but your gonna be there for a while. Kitchen is slow, the servers and bar tenders are slower. They don't greet, there not attentive on drinks. We keep going because its close by and the price is fair. But something has to change with there service...

Meh. It wasn't bad, but i wouldn't suggest it as a first place to go. Basic burger and beer restaurant.

STAY AWAY - food is mediocre and the front of house is understaffed. Our server kept telling us telling us “I’ll be right back,” but it would be 5-10 minutes before she’d stop by again. She had to wait tables in our section and across the restaurant, which was outside a door, across the patio, then back inside another building.
The food was not good. Several of my party did not eat, but a few bites. Served never asked about it, but honestly we just wanted to leave. We were there for 2 hours and felt like hostages.
