Service is always horrible there food is great once in a while have a good server or bartender

I came here with a couple friends , the service was okay at the beggening. But towards the end the server forgot about us and didint come back for a good 30 minutes. We had to flag someone down but we kept getting side eyed. I later on had to go up to a server so we could leave . Would’ve been worth it if the food was good, but that sucked too. Do better be better . Maybe try paying employees on time too, just a tip for ya. 😃👍🏼

This was our first time going to this restaurant. There was a great selection on the menu and we were very pleased with what we had chosen, the only problem that we had was the Dagwood did not say it had any sauce on it and when it arrived my husband's sandwich did and it also came as a cold sandwich he kind of thought that it was going to be a hot sandwich. Service was wonderful and the girl felt really bad for not telling us those things but it wasn't her fault.

I've been stopping by for years, different days & times. Always disappointed in the service. Food has a great taste, but your gonna be there for a while. Kitchen is slow, the servers and bar tenders are slower. They don't greet, there not attentive on drinks. We keep going because its close by and the price is fair. But something has to change with there service...

Meh. It wasn't bad, but i wouldn't suggest it as a first place to go. Basic burger and beer restaurant.

STAY AWAY - food is mediocre and the front of house is understaffed. Our server kept telling us telling us “I’ll be right back,” but it would be 5-10 minutes before she’d stop by again. She had to wait tables in our section and across the restaurant, which was outside a door, across the patio, then back inside another building.
The food was not good. Several of my party did not eat, but a few bites. Served never asked about it, but honestly we just wanted to leave. We were there for 2 hours and felt like hostages.

First time here but I don’t know how they have 4.4 starts. It’s packed and they have only 2 servers. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s also not our responsibility to make sure they are fully staffed and fully stocked. Food was good but service was slow. The cooks kept ringing the bell to get the food out but no one came to serve the food until several rings later. When the food finally came they were missing condiments and when we asked for them, the waitress seemed to have an attitude. I could keep going but just not happy with the service. Hopefully they will fix this and be more proficient. Food was good though.

I had the Hell Burger it was very spicy but I ate the whole thing. If you can’t handle serious heat, stay away from this burger. I enjoy it and will get it again.

Enjoyed the Buritto..just didn't feel that looked after sitting outside the restaurant. Overall, good food if you have time to wait. Lol...apologies meant ole Pueblo next door.

I stopped by Lazy Palm Sports Grill while on my way to Teema Title to finalize paperwork for closing on Mango Rabbit Boba Tea in Tempe. Since the process was taking longer than expected and I was feeling hungry, I decided to grab a bite. It was Tuesday, so they had a couple of deals:

1. Fish Tacos for $2.50
2. Sliders for $2.50

I ordered two fish tacos 🌮, two sliders, and a Coke.

**My thoughts:**

1. **Fish Tacos 🌮:** I would skip these. There was an off-putting smell, and the tortilla wasn’t very good.

2. **Sliders:** Much better choice! If I return, I'll stick with the sliders and avoid the fish tacos.

3. **Service:** My waitress wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't particularly warm either. At least she kept my Coke filled, which is something.

Overall, I don’t think I’ll make an effort to visit again.
