I had an issue with my order, however the manager that was working the morning of 12/28 (I didn’t get his name) corrected it effectively and very politely, and also was dressed very professionally and seems to care about his job a lot.
Went by the McDonald's on 91st and Olive Peoria Arizona. The wait was not to bad. At the window was The Grinch 💚 himself. Lol The cashier was nice and friendly. I was excited because of course its Grinch!!! I chose the 10 piece chicken nuggets,BQQ sauce . I really wanted to try the fries and the pickle seasoning. It was not bad. I loved it. Mc Donald's has gone down in its reputation over the years. Also, prices have gone up, even with the app, your not saving a whole bunch of money.
Customer service has also decreased in valuing their customers with decent customer service.
