I ordered $5 dollar value meal and a filet of fish no cheese. This quality of food should be turned in rock hard filet of fish I had to throw it out. I came in at about 9:45 orders online I had to wait, and they told me they were preparing the food. There is no way on earth that they were preparing this fish. That thing had been sitting around for at least a couple hours and to give it to a customer paying for food is absolutely absurd. I had every mind to take a picture of it...

It took a long time for my food. The workers aren't motivated to hurry so when I needed ketchup and barbecue sauce that I had already asked for in the drive thru it took forever for the employee to go back inside, get some and then walk it back out to me. I also don't like how they cram everything you order into 1 bag. You have to take everything out to make sure you received all your food. I hate it when I don't look and I'm missing something.

I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often, but the several times I’ve been there over the past two years, they’ve done a good job. Their customer service is friendly and I’ve enjoyed the food. I do think they have improved somewhat over the years, because I did stop eating there for a while. I also like using the McDonald’s app because it makes their food more affordable and convenient.
