I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often, but the several times I’ve been there over the past two years, they’ve done a good job. Their customer service is friendly and I’ve enjoyed the food. I do think they have improved somewhat over the years, because I did stop eating there for a while. I also like using the McDonald’s app because it makes their food more affordable and convenient.

It's McDonald's. I shouldn't be wasting my time with a review. And they're kids, it's always a different employee whenever I pull up, I get it, but how come I never get the sauce I ask for?
I've gone as far as to telling them at the drive through which sauce I'd like, and it's still never in the bag.
I also either get way too many napkins, or none at all.
It's McDonald's. I don't have high expectations...

I normally don’t write reviews but today was different. We come to this McDonalds once a week for coffees and pies sometimes even breakfast. I enjoy some quality time with my oldest and youngest daughter since she has late start at school. Today the manager/shift manager on duty (Brianna) went above and beyond with great customer service and attention to minor details. She was fantastic, made my girls feel happy and welcome in many ways,Thanks . We all know McDonalds are always...
