For 1 when I first came in the store there was only 1 girl and 1 customer up front the girl up front didn’t even acknowledge and was just in her phone while helping a customer at the kiosk then proceeds to call someone and cuss at them… it took 15 mins to even get spoken too and there was line of like 10 people just waiting behind me and then on top of that they were rude specially the girl up front you get payed to do customer service so why arnt you doing your job it’s wierd.

They were out of rice, noodles and sit fried rice. Said it will be 30 to 45 minutes. Took forever just to get my 2 entes ala cart. Tasted horrible!

New hours posted all over the windows and yet they locked the doors and shut out customers from being able to come into the store. As I left it was 9:31pm and they locked the entire lobby knowing this?? Not only are you losing money but customers from not being open and doing what you say you will. It may not be a busy store late but you must remain open to those who want to eat there?? I set in the parking lot watching people come and go from not being able to do in. This is a bad practice you will make customer not want to come to your location if you continue to do that. They also did not have over 6 entires available to choose from and didn’t offer to make them either. Come on guys do better.

The Panda Express sold me a Bowl meal. It had a box cutter razor blade mixed in with my order. The issue is currently being reviewed.Attached are pictures showing my purchase order receipt and the packaging it came in.

Im not sure who is doing the hiring for this store, but they themselves either need training or be fired. They hire some of the ruddest people. Put those people in the back where they dont have to communicate with customers! Every time I go there I always get the stalk of the cabbage, chow mein is usually dry, small portions. One time the girl on the drive through speaker kept interrupting me while I was trying to give my order and i had to ask her to please quit interrupting me, when I got to the window I was asking for a sauce and she slammed the window closed. Looked at my order and it was wrong, she wouldnt come back to the window so I had to go in to which her and the others behind the counter were laughing.I tried again several months later and it was 8pm and dark and they didnt have the outside lights on in the drive through, which made it difficult to navigate their small driveway, couldnt see the menu since it wasnt lit, asked for it to be turned on and the girl just said "what are you looking for?" I told her Id be able to tell her if I could see the menu. She then says "You dont know what you want? I can tell you what we have" I again asked if she could just turn the light on, where she said again if you tell me what you want....i gave up and just ordered my usual.They hire really childish/rude/lazy people at this location. I'll keep going to the 2 other close locations. The owner needs to clean house at this location and TRAIN your people properly!

The orange chicken is so good. I come from Cali and the one that is by me is terrible. California can sure learn to cook from Arizona
How's come you never put silverware or sauce in the bag for deliveries??? There's not a place on the app to request sauce. I always click the button for silverware and never get it.

I called in morning because I wanted to order a catering and I called and they said that can do a catering I got told 43 dollars for orange chicken and then I get there and they tell me it is a service fee. And that if I wanted to have a big catering then it would be 170 dollars and when I called it would be 43. Ridiculous. Lost respect for this place.
Ordered two bowls ( misc meals) and one two entree meal of chicken teriyaki and chow mein. Arrived home discovered teriyaki sauce missing for entree meal, notified Panda and they send coupon but must purchase meals to use coupon. You have got to be kidding. The quality of food and their customer service is a joke. To top it off they always ask to keep the change. Panda is a ripoff restaurant do not trust!

My dad and I went through the drive up tonight. He ordered orange chicken and white rice. The orange chicken was okay, but the white rice was dry and he couldn't eat it. It also appeared as there wasn't the same amount of orange chicken as usual. Dad always has leftovers but not this time. I ordered green bean chicken and noodles. The green beens appeared to have been sitting for a while as they were a little shriveled up. The noodles were very dry and had a weird taste. I could not eat them. The drive up folks didn't ask if we wanted soy sauce or anything. The other thing I noticed was not all entree items were listed on the drive thru menu. We spent $24 on this meal and we only were able to enjoy the entree portions. This was a fail for us tonight.
