Im not sure who is doing the hiring for this store, but they themselves either need training or be fired. They hire some of the ruddest people. Put those people in the back where they dont have to communicate with customers! Every time I go there I always get the stalk of the cabbage, chow mein is usually dry, small portions. One time the girl on the drive through speaker kept interrupting me while I was trying to give my order and i had to ask her to please quit interrupting...read full review
How's come you never put silverware or sauce in the bag for deliveries??? There's not a place on the app to request sauce. I always click the button for silverware and never get it.
My dad and I went through the drive up tonight. He ordered orange chicken and white rice. The orange chicken was okay, but the white rice was dry and he couldn't eat it. It also appeared as there wasn't the same amount of orange chicken as usual. Dad always has leftovers but not this time. I ordered green bean chicken and noodles.
