Little Caesars Reviews
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Little Caesars Pizza offers affordable and tasty pizzas with a quick turnaround. Customers can expect a short wait, even during busy periods, thanks to the efficient workflow of the employees. Orders are prepared and displayed in a heated case, allowing for a convenient grab-and-go experience. While communication could be improved, the pizzas are decently cut and satisfying, making for a successful dining experience. However, some locations may not participate in the hot and ready program, leading to longer waits of 15-20 minutes, and there may be no seating available while waiting. The staff generally provide good food for the price, though some customers have noted that the pizza cutter is often poorly used, leaving uneven slices that require customers to cut their own pizzas. Overall, the quality of service can vary, and better customer service training could enhance the experience.
