ORDERED TERIYAKI BOWL AND SUSHI ROLLS MY FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE FOOD WAS FRESH AND HAD GREAT SERVING SIZE PRICES WERE GREAT. I THINK I FOUND MY GO TO. THE GENTLEMAN UP FRONT ALSO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. 5 STAR ALL AROUND I EVEN BOUGHT FOOD FOR LATER
The food is good but they won't stop hanging up on me and ignoring my calls! Every time. So then I get there and walk in expecting it to be busy and no... Not a single person at the counter. Three times I've hsd this happen. In the last month. Seriously if the phone is broken get rid of it. Or whoever isn't answering the calls.
Ordered a spicy tuna bowl, however, asked for a substitution of regular tuna by which the cashier responded “I don’t see a button for that.” Therefore, I asked if she could inquire however she refused. I learned from this experience that what’s on the menu are your only options so if you’re OK with that, then you’re good.
