Out for a Sunday drive from Tucson to ? And drove past LaCasita .My girlfriend noticed the full parking lot. Being quite hungry I made a U turn , returning to LaCasita. Due to the 3 dogs we had with us , my girl ran in and placed an order to go. Less than 10 min later she returned with two boxes of excellent mexican food . My only complaint was the salsa could have been hotter(I like hot). Really enjoyed the food and will stop there again.

Best Mexican food around here! We have quite a few good places to have Mexican meals, but the new restaurant in Prescott Valley is one of the very best I have visited. Ray and Natasha Villalobos are continuing in the excellent culinary traditions begun by the senior patriarchs of the Reynosa familia in Globe, AZ. I highly recommend that you try this truly great Mexican food at LA CASITA on Spouse Road in Prescott Valley!

La Casita was a perfect place for lunch after a small, family gathering in Mammoth (for a funeral.) The service was great, the restaurant was very clean and well-lit, and the food was excellent.. home-cooked recipes at their best!! I live in Tucson, but have stopped in to eat here many, many times over the years.. on my way to /from the White Mountains. It's also been a favorite of my family members who have lived /worked in Mammoth and in Oracle. [You know it's good when members of the Police, Fire, & Sheriff's Depts. came in for lunch while we were there!!] I would also highly recommend this restaurant to any travelers just passing through the area. Great location above the San Pedro River Valley.

The best Mexican food on your way from or to Tucson or globe. I try to stop every time I go through that area! Even my 5 year old loves the red chili burrows and the salsa is sooooo good!!!

I've been going to la Casita since I was a child every time we went to my grandparent's house. 20 years later, my fiance who never heard of it before getting together always wants a burrito from there. It's such a great chill restaurant to go to with great food and good memories! We never leave mammoth without loading up on some burritos for home.
