Lady was extremely rude when I confronted her about shorting me my money. Cause I walked up and told her mam you shorted me money I should of got 35 back and only got 25 where is my other 10. She went off on me for asking about my money.

Grrat little place if you want a east coast philly steak. The fries are hot and are heavenly with cheese on top. Best customer service by the tall woman who always gets my order right !!

Food wasn't so bad but service was. I was there with my family this weekend and my daughter didn't know what to order so she asked for a sandwich without cheese and they served it with cheese and no fries. When she asked where the fries were the cashier said she didn't pay for it and didn't attempt to remake her sandwich or give her fries. Then a short guy with glasses came to our table and told us that if we wanted fries we had to pay for them separately. The bottom line is that at no point they apologized for making the wrong sandwich and on top of that they didn't even bother to remake it. This was very disappointing. I would never go back. The staff need to improve their attitude, and costumer service because without customers they would not exist.

Solid good cheese steak big orders of Fry's they are the big ones close to strak fries they say natural-cut friesAll white meat chicken. Wings tossed in chief inspired sauces .And real fruitLemonades .. Yum yum yum

Parking: Well it's the day before Thanksgiving so it's packed today but usually packing is no problem .handicap spots right up by the doors .

Kid-friendliness: Big dinning area for the kiddos. And two big crane machines to get them to pay Attention. Funny when the food orders come out they instantly have something good to chow down on .

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of side room around the 16 tables inside the dinning area .

Disgusting dry chicken. The frys were good. Almost $30 for 1 reg and 1 lrg chicken cheesesteak sandwiches and frys. Terrible
