This location is hit and miss. Today's order was the Chicken Philly and it was so dry you could use it as sand paper. I ordered with everything on it but only chicken,lettuce, tomato, cheese. The fries weren't fresh like they normally are. Not sure what is going on today. I think there are several employees in training. I guess we shall see if it is better on the next visit.

Store at Tucson outlet, wings were cooked very bad it seems they were cooked with oil from many days ago ... smell awful and meet were very hard to swallow.... not anymore going to there.

My first time trying Charley's. The friendly cashier Lacosta made me feel very welcome and heard. I ordered a chicken teriyaki cheeststeak, a Philly cheeststeak, and 6 piece garlic parm boneless wings. They tasted good, not amazing, but good enough.

Only thing is I wish I ate my cheesesteak sooner because it got soggy pretty quickly. Also, they charge extra for ranch. Not a fan of that.

Place is clean and fun to look at the wallpaper and sit on their fancy chair.

I should have gone to Jersey Mike’s for my Philly cheesesteak instead. This cheesesteak from Charleys is so non-satisfying. The sandwich has no flavor, did not fill me up, and the cheese on it is an absolute joke, it’s barely even there. Authentic cheesesteaks use cheese whiz. For $10 I feel completely ripped off. I will only go to Jersey Mike’s as you get a nice fat tasty sandwich with dripping cheese
