Service was friendly and the wait for my food was reasonable considering I walked in to order to go. I forgot to grab my itemized receipt but I think I was charged a $2 fee for ordering to go. I don’t really get that but whatever. I still tipped. I ordered the cod sliders with fries. Incredibly mid. The buns were cold, not toasted. One had mayo on it, one didn’t. The fish was at least hot, but was the size of a half dollar. I get that it’s a slider but the bun was bigger than the fish nugget. My fries were soggy and completely unseasoned. The tartar sauce was okay so I just dipped everything in that. It might be close by but I think I’ll skip it.

We’ve been here MANY times over the past 7 months or so. It has fun bar/pub food that we’ve found to be consistently good. Hannah & Ryan have been great servers—they are always friendly & attentive. We love going there for a casual meal & a drink.

It was nice dining there. Went for happy hour got chips and salsa and a beer. The beer was beyond excellent, just the left side of awesome. The service was consistent and I never waited for anything or for a beer to be filled or requested to be filled for me. This is way up off of Twin Peaks Rd and in a beautiful area I'm sure it's ideal for the residents of the Dove M area.

It's pretty sad when their website states they are open until 10pm on Friday and Saturday, yet on numerous occasions the chairs are up by 9pm just like tonight. The kitchen states is open till 930pm yet they turned away a family of 10 at 9pm so they stormed out upset and hungry. I wonder if the owner is aware that the staff are hurting their business. Hopefully they read this review and act on it before they continue to lose more business. Don't count on the website hours, that's for sure!

This place is amazing. Their IPA is very good, if you like IPAs. I cannot eat beef, but they had Impossible, which I had as a Patty Melt with Truffle fries! I thought I'd gone to Heaven. I haven't had a Patty Melt in years, and I simply love Truffle fries. But I digress.

My mother had a skillet cookie with ice cream . . . 😋 it was divine!

I am SO happy we found this place. Very nice atmosphere. Seating both inside and outside for those nice cool evenings.

This is our new go-to place for local brews and great food 🍺🍔

Burger was ok, nothing to go out of your way for. Service was slow at the end of our stay.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at Dove Mountain, and unfortunately, both involved my fiancé being turned away from the kitchen. On both occasions, he arrived just before one time 15 minutes before and the 2nd time 25 minutes before the closing time, hoping to grab a bite, but was told that the kitchen was closed and they weren’t serving anymore.

I completely understand that kitchens close, but both times, there was no attempt to offer a solution or alternative. What stood out most was how the situation was handled—especially as he was dining alone both times. We couldn't help but feel that he was treated differently in a way that seemed unfair. It left us feeling uncomfortable, and a bit confused, since he wasn’t given the same courtesy that we’ve seen extended to others. We dined with a group of 15 a few nights before these incidents. I will say our service was good and so was the food hence why he came back for your wings again.

It’s disheartening to have these kinds of experiences, especially when you had a good first experience. I really wanted to support Dove Mountain, but based on what happened, he will be hesitant to return. I hope next time you honor your true closing
time and reconsider your approach to customer service in the future.

Great place to sit outdoors and chat with friends, even it’s 90°. They have a variety of beer and even mocktails. Patio is dog friendly. Their cole slaw was different than most places, but super tasty. Burger & sweet potato fries were good. Service was pretty good…refilled drinks timely, checked on us after food delivery & bill was received timely, just took a bit after menu received to get a server. Overall, it was a good experience.

Dove Mountain sharing the love… of good food and great alcohol.

Hiking, check. Coffee, check. Beer and lunch, not checked. With that in mind, we dropped in on a sunny afternoon (isn’t that every afternoon in Arizona) to get some food and beers in us. Emily’s parents are the ones that suggest we all come here. You don’t need to twist our arms to get some good food and beers in our belly.

We decided to sit outside since it was still relatively cool out and a perfect day to sip beer in the sun. We all placed our beer orders and settled into chatting and sipping our beers. We all ordered something different and decided to try each other’s beers out to see if we liked them or not. My first choice was the Pueblo Vida Hef and it was delicious. My second choice was… well, I honestly don’t remember. After we all kept ordering and sampling and drinking on an empty stomach, things got a bit fuzzy.

Emily’s parents said the food here was really good. I am always in the mood for a big burger so that’s what I got. The BBQ Pub Burger was calling my name this day with a side of fries. Emily ordered the Crispy Asian Chicken salad. It took about 12 minutes for our food to come out (the ‘rents were full from breakfast so they stuck with beer). The waitress, who was very nice, said that the french fries were super popular there and that everyone loves them. I personally thought they were fine. Nothing mind-blowing but went well with the burger. The burger itself was the bomb. It was juicy, full of flavor, and left me needing to wash my hands and needing a cigarette afterwards.

For the first beer and first meal in Arizona, we were off to a delicious and tasty start.
